Aldon Smith stabbed at house party

The San Francisco 49ers confirm that Aldon Smith was stabbed at a house party this morning at a house party in Santa Clara County, Matt Barrows of the Sacramento Bee reports.
The Sheriff's department this morning were called to a party at which two people were shot and one was stabbed. Smith's injury is not believed to be serious.
The 49ers released the following statement:
(We) are aware that Aldon Smith incurred minor injuries during an incident last night. We are in contact with Aldon and thankful that his injuries were not more serious and that he is recovering comfortably. The 49ers are also in communication with local authorities as they gather information regarding the incident, and will reserve further comment at this time.
