Our plan each week seems to be hang back, wait to see what they're hitting us with, then respond to that. Instead of attacking we're trying to be counter-punchers.

That ain't how to win in football. Shock and gnaw is how to win - all-out attack damn the torpedoes blitzkrieg, followed by gnaw - chew them up with consistent hits in the mouth until the final gun. Regardless of the score, we win or lose, attacking.

Totally agree. And to take it another step....sometimes it seems like we don't respond with a counter punch. We stick with our same game plan and believe we will eventually win the matchup. It rarely works. And then they have to scramble in the 2nd half to try to pull out a game.
