Jalen Brooks got some snaps and had a couple of productive plays. He drew a flag on a deep ball in which laid out ala Butch Johnson and nearly made a sensational grab. Also threw a nice block on a run play.

IIRC Emmitt drank some sort of protein or energy drink in the home opener (1991 on MNF) against Washington.
He was off to an other worldly start, including a 75 yd TD run. And was well over 100 yards in the first half. But he was really sick from whatever that drink was and only netted 11 carries for the entire game.

Got paid. Got hurt in camp. Has had painfully mediocre season.
People thought the safeties were finally a strength of the team, but its the same ol same ol. All three of these guys (Wilson, Hooker and Kearse) have been mediocre to poor pretty much all yr.

Buffalo has 1 win vs a team with a winning record (Miami)
Miami hasnt beaten any teams with a winning record.
Kansas City has two wins vs a team with winning records (Miami and Jacksonville)
Detroit has 1 win vs a team with winning record (KC on opening night and they were missing a few key players)
It sux, we lost to San Fran badly and then lost in Philly, though we could have easily have won that game in the end. You can only beat who you play, and right now we have 7 wins and 6 of them have been by 20+ points. Most people think San Fran, Baltimore and KC are the 3 best teams in the league. Those 3 teams COMBINED have 7 wins by 20+ points.
