I don't see the weather as a big detriment to the Niners. They have a good OL and run game to go along with an excellent defense.

Tyron Smith made 2nd team all pro- well deserved he had a great yr.

That said, he was the only Cowboy on 1st or 2nd team all pro list.

The 4-12 Cleveland Browns had FIVE (but hey, Jerry is doing a great job and having him act as owner and GM is an advantage other teams don't enjoy)

Knile Davis wasn't even on our draft board.

There were lots of predraft rumors that we loved Randle. Wasn't sure why then and still now. We had a 3rd round grade (Fail) on him and got him in the 5th. Here are some of the RB's that were still available when we drafted Randle:
Zac Stacy Vanderbilt - St. Louis Rams
Mike Gillislie Florida - Miami Dolphins
Kenjon Barner Oregon - Carolina Panthers
Andre Ellington Cemson - Arizona Cardinals

If this team had any accountability, someone in charge might be asking who is responsible for so many poor draft evaluations and decisions.

Indy's not out of this, but yeah the hole was probably to big to dig out of.
