I'm thinking about taking a customer of mine who is also a big Cowboys fan, but the cheapest seats I can find are for $350 a piece and they're all the way at the top of the stadium. I'm not paying that much money to some asshole who bought the tickets and now is not going. I'm thinking about getting a Party Pass. I'll tell him I'll buy him all the beer he wants and we can do the Party Pass, or he can wait until next year when seats are available from the team's website.

I will probably go next year. My grandmother is pushing for a Dallas trip sooner than later and this family does what she wants.

I was trying to hold out as long as possible.

He's pumping some serious money into my dad's business and he's a big Cowboys fan. He jumped ship from the Saints when Parcells was hired.

If you aren't flying, just drive to the stadium and get your tickets from the hundreds of people selling theirs. Those 3rd level seats are $80 face value. Don't spend seven hundo on two. Or go to ticket exchange and see what you can find there. Close to the game, the season ticket holders who can't go will sell theirs for closer to face value.

Party passes suck. Can't see shit, unless you're there when they open the stadium and you join in the mad dash for a place. Then you gotta save your spot when you go to the concession stand, men's room, etc. It's a massive headache.

3rd level seats are cool, just avoid trying to watch the big screen (harder than it sounds). You don't want to go to a game to watch it on TV, you can do that at home.

Good idea. I would really hate to drive all the way over there knowing we don't have tickets yet though. Plus I see them losing the rest of their home games. I may just wait until next year. If we have a new head coach I'll have a much better chance of seeing them win. I don't want to drive all the way over there to see the Red Headed Fucktard and his retarded brand of football and pay $350 a seat.

But what about the experience?

Been there twice, going again next weekend for the Steelers game.

It's like a circus there... I probably won't be going back again for a few years after this time.

So when are we going to hang out at the stadium for a game, buddy?

All in all, JerryWorld sounds like a disappointing experience.

I've never been. I'd like to see it once though. Maybe to a college game. Or an exhibition game on a cheap, scalped ticket.

I'm not a fan of supporting Jerry Jones these days, so it'd piss me off a little to pay anything to see the place.

It isn't the money; it is the principle of the thing.

I think everyone should see it, it is an amazing piece of work.

But its a suckass place for football. Maybe if the Cowboys were really good like they were from 91-95 that place would rock, but there's just far too many lame people going to the games just to "be there" as it is now. That and Cowboy fans selling their seats in droves to other teams fans. I dread seeing that place vs Pittsburgh. Probably be 35-40k Stealer fans infesting our place.

Same with me. Wife and I use to travel almost every year, see a home game, stay 2-3 nights and then fly back home.

Wouldn't think of spending that type of cash anymore. I despise how this organization has become of a shell of what it used to be. A once proud revered franchise is now a punchline in NFL circles. Change the mindset/culture and maybe I'll return to Texas to see that mega silver albatross.
