So, with Carrot Top staying, what coaching changes do you see?

Unfortunately the bum will still be on our sidelines next year it appears. With that said what coaching staff changes do you think we'll see?

I could see Pollack getting deep sixed if a more proven zone blocking scheme guy is available. As much as I'd like to see them dump Wade Wilson, that probably isn't happening.

Defensively, they have just to get rid of Jerome Henderson and get somebody of quality back there. Other than Garrett, Henderson is the worst coach on the team IMO.

I think Pollack stays but they bring in a running game coordinator. The issue that still is blatantly obvious and destructive to the team is that the prominent success of the running game is somehow a threat to Jason. Callahan and Pollack had the running game thriving. My hunch is that Pollack had the O-line loyal to him (and still Callahan) but Jason needed a loyalist of his own in the O-line clique (without question there is no stronger in-group and bonded team than the O-line) and so he brought in Loney who is not zone blocking run game coach at all, he is an Air Coryell sympatheizer. Loney, Henderson, maybe even Linehan gone. Wade Wilson? Hopefully.

I cant see them dumping Linehan, Garrett wanted him here and they had worked together previously.

Linehan is probably fine just because Romo likes him. But just today for some reason, maybe because they were on TV last night, I was checking Ken Zampese's status. He's QB coach at Cincy and apparently has interviewed for a few OC jobs the last few years.

Because with our hires, of course the first thing you have to think of are Jerry ties. And I could see Jerry noticing Dalton developing and McCarron looking surprisingly polished.

I know Linehan is Jason's old bud, but I could see Jerry canning him. Wouldn't even be surprised if Garrett helped stick the knife in his back.

If Garrett stays... does it really matter which assistants leave?

I guess our only hope if Garrett stays is if Jerry forces him to completely change his bullshit useless offensive system.

God I hate being so down on this team. I can't even call myself a fan anymore. I'm not. But I'll be again once the idiot is fired. I'm just biding my time and laughing at our ineptness in the meantime.

His head might explode if he looked at Garrett's offensive playbook.

Yeah the idea of keeping the ball away from the other team and not having your defense on the field 40 minutes a week would be too much for Genius Chip to comprehend.
