Kristi Scales, the sideline reporter for the Dallas Cowboys radio network, answered questions about the team in a live chat at 10 a.m. Tuesday.

Question: Which Cowboys player is poised to make the biggest leap from last season to this season?

Kristi Scales: This past season it was DeMarcus Lawrence who, in my opinion, made the biggest leap. In 2016, it all depends on who can stay healthy. The easiest answer is DE Randy Gregory who didn't reach his potential in 2015 because of the ankle sprain that kept him out early in the regular season. But I'm also anxious to see how Byron Jones does once he's settled into a position...and when I mean "leap" with Byron Jones in 2016, I mean making plays on the ball and forcing takeaways. Tyrone Crawford is a veteran, but I want to see what he can do when he's not hampered by a shoulder injury. He was the one a lot of people thought would have a breakout year in 2015, but instead he played through a painful shoulder injury. Can't wait to see what La'el Collins will do in his second season after breaking into the starting lineup as a rookie. And I am anxious to see Brice Butler at receiver with a full offseason and training camp with the Cowboys.

Question: What is your prediction on who will be the Cowboys backup quarterback(s) for the coming 2016 season?

Kristi Scales: Kellen Moore, who is signed through the end of this season, will likely be the primary backup. The third QB will likely be drafted in April. Will it be the #4 overall pick, or will the Cowboys use their top pick on another position? Neither Jerry Jones nor Carnac the Magnificent know at this point what will happen at #4 overall. Neither do I.

Question: My question is about player interviews. Who was your least favorite interview of all time?

Kristi Scales: Let's see...least favorite interview of all time. Well, it was never a one-on-one interview, but Deion Sanders did not act like he held the media in high regard when he played here. I know he's a well-known media member now, but I think most of us in the media at the time didn't care for his act when he was playing for the Cowboys.

That sword cuts both ways. Many players do not care for the media at all. Most wouldn't give interviews if they were not required to.

.

I think it would be a huge mistake to go into the season with Moore as the primary backup to Romo. It's just a matter of time before Romo gets hurt again. I would rather see a guy like Colt McCoy or Nick Foles as the primary backup. Or if Austin Davis is let go by Cleveland I'd even prefer him over Moore.

We will pick up RGIII (or other player who is no longer a starter), keep Moore as #3, and call it a day. Then we will use our #4 pick on defense (maybe a stud pass rusher so we can dump Hardy) instead picking up our new franchise QB of the future like we should be doing.

Cowboy Nation is going to be mighty pissed at JJ by the end of the draft

I'd be more pissed if they draft Jalen Ramsey at #4
