Report: NYC man charge for attempted murder of Kevin Ogletree’s brother

A man has been charged with the shooting of Calvin Ogletree, the older brother of Cowboys receiver Kevin Ogletree, according to NBCNewYork.com.
Lonnie Miller of of New York City was arraigned Monday and is being held without bail, according to The office of District Attorney Richard A. Brown. Calvin Ogletree was shot in the head on Jan. 8 near his rental car business in Queens.
His court appearance will be Oct. 1.
