Report: NFL salary cap could exceed $200 million in 2020

As NFL teams prepare to finish out the 2019 regular season, with some already turning an eye to the offseason, the league reportedly informed teams that the projected salary cap will rise again next season.

According to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, the NFL’s projected salary cap will increase to around $196.8-$201.1 million next year, another significant sign of growth for the league.
