With Dak beating Brady's rookie record for most passes without a INT to start a career and matching Big Bens rookie win record? Those are just two of the records he broke this year

It doesn't surprise me at all. I actually expected it. No rookie QB has ever had a season like he just did. Ever!

Not to mention that he did it as a fourth round pick who nobody expected to even see the field this season

He's a 4th rd pick who just went 13-3 and posted the best statistical season by a rookie QB ever. And despite the loss to GB, I think they posted during the game he had the best game by a rookie QB in postseason history too. He definitely deserves it, though Zeke did too.

The right thing would have been for them to officially share the award, and Dak gets kudos for bringing Zeke out with him for the award. Class dude with his head in the right place.

This is why I can't give Garrett credit for what this team did this year.

It'd be one thing if Dak was a typical rookie QB and struggled. As it was, the kid surprisingly came in and played at a virtual all pro level.

Agreed. Its obviously not Garrett that should get credit. Other than Romo, no QB in Dallas playing for Garrett has been any good. There is nothing that would indicate Garrett had much if anything to do with Dak's success.

As far as Zeke being a co ROTY I don't think he should be. Zeke was expected to be as good as he was. He was expected to perform as well as he did

He did what everyone expected him to do. He did his job. He did not over achieve like Dak did

Dak on the other hand exceeded ALL expectations and did it at a record breaking level

He's the only thing keeping me around and hopeful about this team, otherwise after this playoff choke, I think I may have finally forced myself to walk away, I'm still disgusted by the pathetic choke to GB.
