Rams run their team like a scouting department would. Not like a marketing department, not a financial center. Not glory hogs. They want picks/value. Rams might trade back. Could effectively block Cowboys from being able to trade back if the guy they want/value isn't there at 18.

Sylvester Williams probably should be there. Have a top 17 grade on the guy. Take him. Don't take DJ FLuker if you don't rate him in the top 18. Trade back.
What if Milliner is there at 18? TRADE BACK. YOu can get value for him.
If he's the top player, why would you not take him? Because I dnt need a cornerback. Could get the 31 and 61 for him which is a better value.
