Interesting: Moose says one team hoped Garrett was let go

Was reading it in another forum. Guy claims Moose was on 105.3 yesterday and said he knew for certain that at least one team hoped Jerry would fire Garrett after last season. Said he had spoken with someone in that teams personnel department about him and said the team was one that had previous experience with him. Seems some believe he was hinting it was the Giants.

I didn't hear any of this, but read through the thread. Anyone else hear the segment on 105.3?

So this means Garrett is in hot demand around the league and we're lucky to have him, right?

If it was the Giants, truly sad they didn't fire Coughlin and go after him. Though all it would've really meant is that Jerry has to pay him more.

Also, I'll say it again... Very shrewd of Jerry to hire a guy he knew had tons of friends in the media and would pimp him non-stop.

Never said it was NFL, and didn't even specify the team as football. Guessing something with very little coaching and a bunch of fake offense like Professional wrestling or jazz flute squads.
