Him, plus no Dave Campo, Terence Newman, or wimpy Wade Phillips' zone blitz, means press-cover all game long. The beauty of it is, is that Jenkins and Carr both can play in zone coverage, so we can throw that in as confusion for the opposing offense.

I said earlier that all I wanted for us to do in free agency was to sign Brandon Carr and I would be happy. I'm stoked.

And we'll be able to maximize Orlando Scandrick's talents as a slot CB in the process.

Just upgrade that front 7 by adding another pass-rusher and a player for the line, and we'll be set.

Then we can concentrate on the safety position next year.

it's definitely a step in the right direction.

Now we just need to find an upgrade for Elam at SS and sign Jenkins to an extension before he hits free agency next off-season.

if we're really lucky, phase out Sensabaugh.

Hopefully they can do enough to just stand back there and snag errant throws.

Could be a very good signing for the Cowboys IMO as you really needed a more physical. If you want a quality player in free agency now a day it's nearly impossible to get "good value" so you have to pay these kind of players in accordance to what you project them to be. Go back to their game against the Packers and you'll be even more fired up about the signing.
