Holley's reality
Wide receiver Jesse Holley was part of the 2009 Dallas Cowboys training camp thanks to winning on Fourth and Long, Michael Irvin's reality show. But while Holley is back at camp again this season, the reality is, there's not much room for him among an already stocked group of wide receivers. Still, Holley is willing to do whatever it takes.
"I was happy just to be at camp (last year) and I wanted to show the guys that I was more than a reality TV guy, that I could play football. I want to show I can be on the field and help these guys out. I can’t (nix the reality TV connection) because it helped me get here. But I have to continue show people that I’m not just a reality TV show guy. If I was just a TV guy, Jerry Jones and coach (Jason) Garrett and coach Ray Sherman would’ve gotten me out of here a long time ago. They see something in me, and that’s why they kept me around.''
