Biden is going to win in the courts. If you recall when Obama sued Arizona, the courts agreed with Obama. Immigration policy fall under the authority of the federal government. The states cannot interfere with federal immigration policy. The only way to stop Biden's policy is for congress to act.

It's a shame really because what is happening is destroying the country. It may already be too late to do anything about it.
