Colts were rumored to be interested in Jenkins earlier in the offseason

Now a source is claiming that Irsays rumors are in regards to a CB

Irsays tweets indicate that the player they are talking about acquiring would require a new contract

Irsay also mentioned that HIGH PICKS are being discussed

I doubt you'll find many examples. He has an arm for 15 yard in-routes as opposed to 20-yard out-routes.

I think to Williams against the Titans in 10 and I think crayton in 07 against the bills.

This is a close example..if he would have thrown it from the other hash it would have been perfect..and yes, romo throws the in all the time..

I specifically want to see if he has the arm for the deep out.

This pass here was actually a decent ball..but it didn't have or need to have much zip on it...I want to see a ball that romo needs to rip..that's also relatively deep...15-20 yards..the deep out is typically the litmus test ...
