ANOTHER reason I hate Jason Garrett

These threads never get old, right?

:awkward

Anyway... if you follow Brian Broaddus on the twitter, he's been answering a lot of questions from followers. A number of people have asked him about Ogletree, as he's passed his concussion test and likely to play this time.

People are asking who gets the #3 job. Broaddus is saying it goes back to Ogletree and that Beasley and more importantly (because he's looked very good) DH's playing time will take a hit.

Why the frick are we going back to Ogletree?

Minus week one, he's been inconsistant hot garbage all year long. And he's here on a one year deal anyway.

We're not making the playoffs, and he hasn't performed well enough to warrant anything close to another extension/re-signing... so why not shat can the guy and get Harris or Beasley involved. Or get James Hanna involved.

Why does Jason Garrett preach best man plays when he clearly doesn't practice that?

This is what we've done for as long as I can remember. It makes no sense.

Because we think Miles is best in the slot, and Otree is an outside guy - whereas when we start the Beas he has to play the slot and Miles is outside.

Basically it was our plan from day 1 so that's what we're sticking with rather than say ok Austin you're back outside permanently.

It certainly looks like Week 1 was an anomaly.

I was ready for the team to cut Ogletree before the season started. I'm still ready. But .... not holding my breath.

Ogletree has always been the biggest tease on this team. He'd once in awhil;e WOW you, and then he would coast to just enough to keep himself on the team; and now in this case it's just enough to remain the 3rd WR.

There's nothing particularly to be wowed by when looking at Ogletree; average height, average build, average speed, but he can make the occasional spectacular grab!

Yea wut?

I think I said before the season was over that Ogletree is like a 74 overall in every madden attribute. He doesn't really bring anything to the table, he just kinda plays WR for you

Hopefully he is just mindless speculating (as he does alot) but if not.

I'd like to see "unbelievable!" but it is.

Its what this stupid fuck franchise does.

Yeah, and on the next play he will drop a very catchable ball., or run the wrong route.
