Maybe I worded that wrong. In 2000 we had a dire need at cornerback similar to what we have now. The teams solution to the problem was to just throw numbers at it in the draft and kind of force picks with guys like Goodrich and others. My fear is that the Cowboys will do the same this year...

How many teams legitimately need corners in the first round? I'd hate for their to be a run on the position before we get on the clock in the second. I'm sold on the Cowboys taking a corner with one of their top 2 picks, even if they have to force it like we did in 2000 with Goodrich...
