Except Eric Reid cant roam, cover or make plays. Its why he was benched and ultimately moved to LB with SF. He had one good year and has been lousy ever since. He also has a propensity for knuckleheaded penalties.

Awuzie has been really good. He did bang up his knee though and has been wearing a sleeve on it since then.

All the above is good stuff to hear, hope it plays out that way when the games count. Rookie Jourdan Lewis was arguably our best CB last yr. He didn't get worse, but now he is basically the teams 4th CB and battling for playing time in the nickel/dime defense. Testament to Kris Richard's impact...

I think it's likely he had at least a little say where it came to Dez, and I think we know which way he voted.
