Jerry deserves 100% blame for holding onto Garrett 5 years or so too long. That's all on him. That said, there is and has been talent here. This isn't Jones circa 94-01 decision making and personnel decisions. We don't win big because the coaching holds the team back. Insert a quality coach...

Jerry has totally gone scorched earth on Garrett and the staff this week. The other day he essentially admitted what many of us thought, that only a Super Bowl appearance could save Garrett now, and we know that has a lesser chance of happening than me winning the PowerBall.

If he makes it to the end of the season (big if) we don't even have to really fire him. He just wont get a new contract. But he's definitely gone.

Only we won't. In fact I doubt it's even close. I bet we lose something like 30-13 or thereabouts.. Our defense struggles badly with really mobile QB's, and Josh Allen can really run. The Bills are really well coached.
