It's a process. They're going to stack days before they have a meeting about the football team. They're going to discuss how the team can get better in all 3 phases - offense, defense, and special teams.

In 3 years Ware and Witten will be past their prime and in about 5 Romo will be too. It's not like we need someone to come in and rebuild our roster. All we need is a few pieces and the right coaching staff in place.

Stephen and Jerry did almost come to blows over signing Deion. I read where he also played a huge role in getting rid of TO. He'll definitley make better decisions than Jerry IMO. That's not saying much, but at least it's something positive.
