Not so fast on Tyron Smith to Cowboys at No. 9

In that offense all his throws were underneath, his down the field numbers are horrific

    Random 2011 Draft Chatter....

Combining both the ESPN and NFL Network coverage, the first round of the NFL Draft averaged a monster 8.3 million viewers and a 3.7 adults 18-49 rating, which *in total* beat the 18-49 rating of the #1 broadcast show last night, Survivor. Even by itself, the ESPN Draft coverage topped CBS‘ 18-49...

    Random 2011 Draft Chatter....

Last year there was basically no commercials in the first 10-12 picks b/c the action and interviews were coming in so quickly. Push it to 15 minutes again and they will just go to commercials. Anticipation is known to produce equal amounts of enjoyment as the thing you crave. But dont pretend...

    Random 2011 Draft Chatter....

When you have 3 rounds on 1 day over the weekend then rounds 2-3 dont get their share of attention. All anyone will want to talk about is Cam Newton. When you give the 1st round its own stage on 1 night then let everyone digest it for a day then the rounds 2-3 can get their own share of...

Interesting Mosley & Broaddus Tweets re: Cowboys 1st rounder

Why cant they find a quality week 1 starting DE at 40? Cam Heyward looks just fine to me. Just as blue collar as Watt(Despite what the media thinks black guys can be blue-collar too)

    Random 2011 Draft Chatter....

I love how they chopped it down from 15 minutes to 10. It lets the 1st round breathe and the other rounds can get their attention. It breaks up the monotony of the drafts from the past. If you can stay up to midnight every day talking about the draft you can stay up and watch the damn thing

    OSU's Heyward Could Bolster D-Line

He looked pretty baller in the Sugar Bowl but was moving around like an old man or he was banged up.

    Sensabaugh’s Versatility Has Big Value

Thye need an angle one way or another. Unless he had a Patrick Peterson God-like pick 6 they were going to go negative. They arent going to get viewers by showing him be in the right areas in coverage and forcing checkdowns.

    Sensabaugh’s Versatility Has Big Value

Im sure it would be real juicy television to show the plays where he covered his area effectively and forced the QB to checkdown

Parcells kicks himself for drafting Pat White, picking Long over Ryan

And we got the worst one The Browns must have a great line b/c Hillis sucks and will come down to earth. All that talent and we have a bust in Martelleus(who they turned a 1st rounder down for). Jenkins who is too cool for school, and Felix who is a home run threat twice a season

Then who will stare at the WR's hands as the ball comes whizzing by his helmet?

Parcells kicks himself for drafting Pat White, picking Long over Ryan

I hated both Razorback running backs to be honest. The offense was too gimmicky for my taste and Mayock thought DMac was too upright and also soft between the tackles. Turns out I think DMac will end up being all right. My brother was in love w/ Desean, I was afraid he would be in and out of...

    Sensabaugh’s Versatility Has Big Value

Ive read by Sturm that Ryan likes to blitz his safeties a ton. Huff would be single high, thats where he operated a great majority. But when he did blitz he was effective. Not that AOA's ability to blitz would be a deal breaker if he was good enough at the other things, but I think its a...
