There was some good out of today. Jerry was booed mercilessly every time his face his that giant screen in his own house.

I can get us there in less moves: 1. Jerry Jones is removed from any and all personnel decisions. 2. Hire a GM and/or Head Coach who gets to bring in his own staff.

The absolute worst part of this loss is that it encourages Jerry Jones's "we are so close" mentality. I stand by my feelings before this season. I believe in our talent. Imagine what we could do with real discipline, real accountability, and real coaching.
