Talent wise the Cowboys should be competitive every year. But that would require a real NFL head coach. How else can one explain a 12-4 & 13-3 record?

For one that would take some balls by Garrett to do that. And then the Red Clown would have to come up with something different in the offense. And we know how lost he is when it comes to doing some real coaching.
