They would probably have to trade Foles for picks then in that scenario. What happens with Vick? He was talking with a reporter about possibly coming back as a backup for the Eagles if it meant he could stay with the Eagles. Not sure if this would happen or not.

Nick Foles is the future QB for the Eagles. I doubt they trade up to take Smith.

If we don't make the playoffs, he still should go. Especially if a coach like Payton is available. But if Payton resigns with the Saints then I see Garrett returning regardless.
