    Some of this also falls on Romo (and his audibles). He's gotta be willing to stick with running plays even if there is an extra man in the box. And he's going to have to fight the temptation to carry more of the load personally, through the passing game (particularly as he feels healthier)...

    I think it means more than that. It seems to mean highly motivated, hard working, team oriented players who have a passion for the game. I think he's talking about a certain kind of attitude ... something besides physical talent or ability.
