    So what do you guys make of this opinion? Does a relentless ground game that racks up time of possession put the opposing offense on its heels? I believe it is true, but at the same time, I'm not sure why it should be so.

    Yeah, I disliked that trade too. I thought the Cowboys had too many holes to devote a first and second round pick to any single player. I was in the DeCastro chorus and believed that Cowboys needed to invest heavily in their OL.

    Also, when the front office decided to use its 1st and 2nd round draft choices on drafting Claiborne, the front office showed that it wasn't sold on or committed to its "plan" to rebuild the OL.

    It is wrong to say that there was a plan to rebuild the Dallas OL. There wasn't one plan. There were two plans. The first plan involved drafting a franchise LT (Smith), having a serviceable RT (moving Free), and then making do with a bucketful of spare parts in the interior OL. The strategy...

    I think the Cowboys are for real. This group seems to have poise. No reason to expect a meltdown tomorrow. They are a good bit better than the current Giants (given their injuries). The Cowboys should win this one. If they don‘t turn the ball over, I think they‘ll win decisively.
