Bernadeau out for 10 to 12 weeks.....

This thing is, Jerry used the offseason signings for the interior line as reason why we didn't go after it in the draft. Now that excuse has faded a bit, so the move seems even more stupid. Especially if we knew of this injury ahead of time, which you would think would most certainly be the case.

I've got a fever... and the only cure is more highlights...

I'm not bitching. I know it may seem like it since I come across as negative :awkward but I'm really not bitching. I'm just pointing out something I have noticed, and trying to keep Mid from going cowboyjoe on us. :tiptoe

He grabs him with his hands instead of hitting him. Like I said, he is a great player. The best defensive player we have had in a long long time. Maybe ever. He just doesn't blow through the QB when he has a free shot like most other pass rushers do.

Let me keep you grounded. It really sucks that Ware has no killer instinct. It was almost like he was scared to hurt Sanchez in that clip you posted. He's a phenomenal player, don't get me wrong. He just doesn't have that drive to kill that causes fumbles and broken backs.

Former players trying to sue the NFL can go F themselves...

I don't know what this means, so I'm going to assume I should be upset. So, consider yourself chastised.

It was very easy to skim, though.

How come lawyers use so many damn words to simply say "I'm a douche bag."?

Of course the lawyer is all about defending frivolous lawsuits, as that's how he gets paid. I get that, but it doesn't make all of these types of lawsuits any less frivolous. And, yes, had the lid been faulty and popped off I feel it would have made for a more legit case.

Former players trying to sue the NFL can go F themselves...

I know plenty about the case. But the only relevant parts are what I posted. Unless you want me to go off into a diatribe about how McDonalds keeps their coffee between 170-180 F when they serve it at their drive thru which is 30 degrees hotter than average. I didn't bring it up because it...

Make-believe is what he said. Because the 90 yr old ex-players have a fantastic case based on real life facts. Not "make-believe".

She opened the god damn coffee and spilled it on herself. With it in her lap. I need to know nothing else to know it was her fault. You think you're the only one that has read up on the details of the case? I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess that you're a lawyer. Or a law student. You fit...

You're right, common sense left the justice system a long time ago. I can't argue with that. She actually only ended up with less than 600k after an appeal by McDonalds. Not that it makes those jurors any less of a moronic group.

Just as retarded as suing the NFL for 30 year old injuries.

Cool, is there evidence to the contrary?

It's on the level of the lady that sued McDonalds for the coffee being too hot.

The NFL back then could not have known the future of concussions and how they would affect someone's mentality or health. Hell, they just now started really understanding the possible effects, so how could they have known back then? Reasonable assumption.
