Claiborne Challenging Dez:" I'm ready "

2 wins for the Eagles maybe.

    Let's talk about sacks...

Lawrence and Melton have a chance to be really good. Crawford too but I need to see it first. If McClain surprises, great. We just need the 1-technique to be a bully and go hard every play. Spencer is another "If". I don't have much faith in Mincey. Selvie is good, not great and we have to...

    Let's talk about sacks...

It seems like the brain trust is taking a lot for granted in regards to the Defensive Line (sacks/pressure)and Safeties (deep coverage). One again, "hope" seems to be our main off-season strategy.

Romo attempts to sneak into team drills by wearing Hanie’s jersey

OMG, Tony is so competitive! /zone

Claiborne Challenging Dez:" I'm ready "

I don't know who I'm more disappointed in, Claiborne or Jerome Henderson. Henderson hasn't improved shit here.

    Broaddus minicamp notes

Almost every mock had him top 5. What was telling for me that the Rams traded away from him and CB was a big need for them, they took Janoris Jenkins early 2nd. They either didn't like Claiborne or felt the trade was too good to pass up. Both ways we lose.

Former UCLA RB Jonathan Franklin retires

I wonder if some teams knew he was this big of a medical risk. I liked him a lot but had no clue he was a year away from retiring.

They both won the Thorpe, they were both easily the top CB prospect in the country their final years, and they were both the top DB in the drafts they entered, but for the most part you are right.

More of what I am hearing

5-11? We could easily be a 2-14 team without Romo. This defense is not going to stop anyone. Your boy Garrett couldn't gameplan his way through a grocery store. Weeden will fold under the pressure here.

    Broaddus minicamp notes

I never understood that. Peterson is a special CB. Agreed. It's the number one problem with Dallas. The players, especially the "stars" are way too comfortable with buddy Jerry running the show. Why more people don't see that is amazing to me. I will say this about Claiborne is that he did...

Broaddus on under the radar stories from OTAs.

If he's allowed to get players that actually fit, I think it can be. Needs fast, compact linebackers. Needs smart Safeties who keep plays in front of them. Needs physical CB's to reroute, and play the run aggressively. Needs D Linemen who can generate pressure on their own. We have fragile...

Cards pro Bowl LB Washington suspended for year

I hope Daryl gets his act together when he signs with the Cowboys next season.

Scandrick dreaming of big plays and turnovers

I've always liked Scandrick, he's a fighter. He holds too much but other than that, he competes. It's crazy that we had to spend $66M, a 1st, and a 2nd to realize our best CB was already on the roster.

Broaddus on under the radar stories from OTAs.

Gruden would most likely keep Marinelli. I'm sure Jerry would force a few other coaches on him too.

Bernadeau working at RG & C after being displaced by Zack Martin

Competition is a nice change. The last several years many starters have been anointed by the owner. If Bernadeau is better then start him, if Leary is better start him. What an amazing concept. Whereas two years we signed Bernadeau, a career backup, and he was magically a starter.

Does the Dallas Cowboys offence improve this year?

Yeah, I'm not worried about the Offense. Their biggest issue will be constantly having to score due to an inept defense and a Head Coach who can't manage a game to save his life.

Cable companies' (internet providers) lobbies saw what insurance companies, banks, and oil companies get away with and decided to get in on the action. the internet should be free anyway.
