i feel like DAL is in a decent position to draft defensive BPA after FA and the trades they made

probably would expect they want a DB for the 1st pick at 12, unless a really good player at DE/LB falls like bain, reese, or styles

then at 20 i think a trade back is a great solution to fall back and get more picks, but if not, then take another defensive player. maybe rodrigues, ponds, or whatever christian parker needs to overhaul this defense

i dont think you can add players to the offense at all in the 1st round

Best defensive player on the board with our picks, especially at 12. I'd like for a DL or LB to fall to us more than a CB at that spot; you can hide an average CB with a good DL but you can't hide a good CB with a bad DL. It all starts in the trenches.

I think it's a virtual lock both 1st rd picks will be defensive players, unless Pickens is traded.

And if Pickens is traded we are probably getting either a third 1st rd pick or a pick very early in the 2nd at a minimum.

I would think Parker and our def coaches would be paying a lot of attention to the reps where Bain lines up in the "wide" alignments.

Am I wrong to say that I see nothing on the video that impresses me?
It's only clips from one game (Notre Dame, which is a very good team and has a quality OL). For the game he had 6 tackles, 1/2 sack and an interception.

There's definitely some stuff that sticks out though. How quick he beats his guy on a few of those is definitely intriguing.

His season was pretty strong and he absolutely dominated the 4 playoff games. 8 TFL's and 5 sacks.
