If the keys guys are healthy, he is definitely right.

When is the earliest they can agree on a new CBA? I’m asking because if weed is taken off the banned list there is a chance that Gregory actually plays this season. Obviously he has his warts but he’s still a pretty good player to add to the rotation at DE.

Fuck em

We should have moved on a long time ago. We have wasted way too much time and energy on him already.

If he gets reinstated he will smoke a joint on the way home from the reinstatement to celebrate. Then get suspended again

He IS that stupid

He is too stupid to be a Dallas Cowboy

At least David Irving was man enough to admit that smoking weed was more important than the NFL and quit the league so he could smoke at will.

Why would he get suspended again if it’s no longer on the banned list? Also Gregory has well documented social anxiety issues. Weed is an alternate medication to opiates. Irving had no documented mental issues and gave up on the team in order to smoke weed. Then bragged about it on social media. One is clearly and idiot and it’s not Gregory.

Weed IS still on the banned list

Gregory knew he would be suspended if he smoked weed again. He chose to smoke weed instead of play football. He was suspended for a few games. Then chose to smoke weed again. Then he was suspended for a full season, and he chose to smoke weed again.

He is an idiot

Then we was reinstated, and chose to smoke weed again knowing he would be suspended again, this time indefinitely

He’s still an idiot

Now he stands a chance to be reinstated once again

There is 100% chance that this idiot gets high again and finally throws his career away

I gave up on him after he was suspended for a full season. The team should have given up on him after he was suspended indefinitely

Maybe you’re not aware but talks have already begun on a new CBA. In the new CBA weed is expected to be taken off the banned list. The only way Gregory will like be reinstated is if it is removed. So if it is removed from the banned list he can’t be suspended for smoking weed. I know that’s hard to follow but stay with me. If it is taken off the banned list he can’t be suspended again.

Regardless of what you think about weed or people with mental issues the facts are mental illness is a real thing and weed really is a safer alternative then legalized heroin (opiates). Also, regardless of what you think about Gregory, he is talented and would be an asset in the DE rotation. They already should have a strong defense, and adding a guy with 8-10 sack potential (if he’s reinstated) only helps this team achieve their ultimate goal.

If if if

That’s a lot of “ifs”

“If” Gregory wasn’t an idiot he would find a way to deal with his alleged mental illness without the use of weed, just like the thousands of people that came before him have. Just like the rest of the professional athletes in a similar situation have been able to do.

Gregory’s situation is not unique.

Yet we are supposed to give him a pass because he’s talented? Because his (last) suspension is oh sooo close to the next CBA where weed is hoped to made legal?

Fuck that! He knew the rules before he entered the league

Shit, he failed a drug test before we even drafted him. He even promised Jerry that if he was drafted by Dallas that drugs wouldn’t be a problem. (I don’t remember Gregory’s exact quote at the time, but that was the general gist of it)

He has failed at least 7 drug tests since he became a Cowboy.

The facts are...

Weed is currently, and has always been, including before and since Gregory entered the league, a banned substance

What may happen in the future as far as the CBA and it’s decision on weed is irrelevant at this time and in this case

Gregory knew the rules before becoming a Cowboy

Gregory knew the consequences “If” he decided to continue to use weed

Gregory decided to continue using weed knowing he would be suspended

He has failed multiple drug tests

He has missed more games than he has played

He has been a wasted pick

A waste of time

And the pick that we spent on him could have been better used on another player who would have been more productive for the team all this time

It doesn’t matter how good of a player he may be. But if he is suspended and watching the Cowboys play on Sunday from his couch, then he is about as useful to the team as I am on Sundays.

It does not matter what a persons view on weed may be. If you don’t agree with your employers policy on weed, then don’t work there.

Weed may be legal in your state. But if your employer has a policy against the use of weed and you test positive for weed, then you will suffer the consequences of your choice.

If you lose your job because you chose to smoke weed knowing full well that you would lose your job if you test positive for weed, then that outcome is 100% on the individual.

The fact that it’s weed is irrelevant. If your employer has a policy against wearing pink shorts at work and you choose to wear pink shorts to work, then you deserve to be fired. You don’t have to agree with the employers policy, and you don’t have to work for them either. But if you chose to work for a company, then you agree to abide by the companies policies that are in place when you take the job.

Where was Gregory's anxiety documented or diagnosed by a doctor? That's an excuse for smoking weed. If a doctor diagnosed anxiety issues, there were legal medications that could have been prescribed. He's an idiot with a weed problem that needs to be monitored 24/7 to save himself.

Yes, lets change the rules that a majority of NFL players follow so we can get get a guy who can't stay off weed back on the roster.

2. DALLAS COWBOYS

PROJECTED STARTING LINEUP:
Left Tackle: Tyron Smith
Left Guard: Connor Williams
Center: Travis Frederick
Right Guard: Zack Martin
Right Tackle: La’el Collins

Zack Martin and Tyron Smith have been long-time members of the league’s club of elite offensive linemen, but have had to pick up slack along the offensive line on account of recent struggles. Dallas was top-10 in interior pressure allowed from 2014 to 2017 until Travis Frederick’s injury. His return, paired with hopeful improvement from rookie-turned-sophomore Connor Williams, should aid in the unit’s recovery to its former glory.

lol, damn is that cop especially short or is Malik that huge?

I'm sure this event will go down the racist road but I can tell you as a so called "white person", I dont argue with cops when they pull me over, no good can come of it but apparently some folks still cant see the logic in shutting the fuck up
