Basic problem with where they draft this year is no matter what the player taken will have some warts. Is what it is. IMO there are two cant miss players in the draft: Malik Hooker and Forrest Lamp. What about Myles Garrett you ask? Had the majority of his sacks against UT San Antonio this year and likely drafted into the Cleveland abyss. Who do I like on the current team: Most of the offense, particularly Line. Dak and Elliott look like winners. Dont care for most of WRs except Beasley. On defense there is only one difference maker, Lee, and only on the occasions he is healthy. David Irving shows promise and hope he develops. Basically the offense I have high hopes for, the defense looks like a shit ass wreck to me.

We were never picking Foster regardless.
That said I thought I read it was a diluted test (meaning too much water) and that he had been extremely ill with stomach flu like systems for several days. If that's true he was probably overhydrating so he could get through workouts.
I don't remember ever hearing about him having failed drug tests at Alabama.

Kiper/McShay did a 3 rd mock today. They had Tennessee DE Derek Barnett fall in our laps at 28.
I don't see it happening but that would be a coup for us.
They had us getting NC State S Josh Jones in the 2nd rd, another guy I'd love for us to land.
Hated the 3rd rd pick they had for us (S Alabama TE Gerald Everett)
The first two picks would just about kill it for us though.

FWIW Broaddus is under the impression that the team has a growing love for Malik McDowell of Michigan St. Talented with a very inconsistent motor. I do find it interesting he was the last of the 30 visits, kind of downplaying their interest.
