IRVING, Texas -- The Cowboys will miss numerous players for Thursday's preseason game vs. the Oakland Raiders.

Martellus Bennett (ankle), Sean Lee (quad), Montrae Holland (hamstring), Dez Bryant (ankle), Alex Barron (ankle and finger), Scott Sicko (concussion), John Phillips (knee), Pat Watkins (knee), Cletis Gordon (neck), Sean Lissemore (groin), Marcus Spears (knee), Akwasi Owusu-Ansah (shoulder) and Stephen Hodge (knee) will not play Thursday.

Bryan McCann, who suffered a chest injury in Sunday's preseason opener vs. Cincinnati, returned to practice on Wednesday. Coach Wade Phillips said he's not sure if McCann (sore chest) will play on Thursday.

Gordon said he's getting a range of motion in his neck and said he's not sure if he'll make the first practice in Oxnard, Calif. on Saturday. Friday will be two weeks that Bryant has used a walking boot to help in the healing process of his ankle. Phillips said he's not sure if it will come off. If the boot comes of on Friday, Bryant can begin the rehab process in Oxnard.
