Welcome to the new normal

The post-partum psychosis defense will be common now whenever a mother kills her children. Infanticide will become the norm.

But let's be clear about something in the article. Lindsay Clancy was not on a host of drugs when she killed her kids. She was on 3 mild drugs, including 1 for anxiety and one to help her sleep.

Clancy was apparently only psychotic for the brief period she killed her kids according to her defense. It is absurd. But I am afraid she will be set free because this post-partum nonsense has become a thing. I am not saying post-partum deppression is not real or that it is not serious. I am saying using it as a defense is going to be mostly BS made up by defense lawyers to sway gullible female jurists.

This guys conviction should be overturned due to extreme testosterone which lead to a violent pre-nut fog

You mean other countries like Britain, France, Netherlands, Portugal, and even African nations were also responsible for slave trading in the 17th century?! Who knew?

The UN and their lawyers can go poke themselves. You know what happens. Reparations are paid and the lawyers will take a huge cut for themselves. White lawyers from offending countries for that matter.

Slavery existing long before the African slave trade began. ALL countries engaged in slavery. Some made slaves of their own people, others made slaves of people captured from foreign lands.

I love when the left brings up how we treated Native Americans, as if Native Americans didn't treat each other the same way or worse.

How are these cameras constitutional? It seems to me these cameras clearly violate the 4th amendment. I get it. You are on private roads so there is no issue taking video of you driving around. But the data that is collected and how it is used is clearly a 4th amendment violation.

I get that these cameras are effective in solving crimes. So many crimes today are solved by cameras capturing video, be they government surveillance cameras or private doorbell and other security cameras. It is almost impossible to travel anywhere today without being captured on cameras. But those videos have to be obtained by subpoena. Apparently FLOCK videos can be reviewed by police without a warrant. This is closer to Big Brother than anything we have allowed so far.
