According to this they are now at 48 senators with confirmed support. If they get two more, JD Vance would be the tiebreaking 51st vote.
Passing this doesnt 100% for sure mean the Dems are fucked, but it would definitely make it extremely difficult to do what they have done in recent elections to cheat.

I am extremely curious as to why is it ALWAYS democrats doing shit to stop Republican priorities, even when R's are in power.
And yet when Dems have the majority, every single ridiculous bullshit thing they want to pass goes through. Do Republicans ever take a stand against bullshit, ever?
