I read Cardiac Arrest, which is heart stoppage and kills the brain within minutes if not treated promptly.
Heart Attacks generally don't kill ya. A heart attack is Myocardial Infarction, the heart never stops it just is oxygen starved usually due to coronary artery blockage, and emits a enzyme that spreads severe pain from the chest on out to the extremities as it goes. Detection of this enzyme in blood tests is what confirms heart attack.
Cardiac Arrest is much much worse and is almost always fatal.
Anyhow, "It was what we thought it was! We ain't what we thought they were!" or something.
