Per @JasonColeYahoo, WR Louis Murphy has been traded to the #Panthers. Had 15 catches for 241 yards in 11 games for #Raiders last season.
I thought Murphy had a very good rookie year a few years ago. Suprised he was so ineffective last year.
I think this is a big plus for Carolina, and I stand by my belief that they win the NFC South.
