Finger Injury Still Bothering Scandrick

After breaking up a pass during team drills of Tuesday's morning practice, slot cornerback Orlando Scandrick was visibly in pain, the ball tipping off his left hand.
Scandrick had fractured his index finger during the second week of Organized Team Activities, and wore a cast for weeks. While cleared to return at the beginning of camp he has worn a splint under his glove for protection.
But Scandrick still cannot bend the finger, which is entirely a different shade than his other digits, a kind of pale purple.
Scandrick has said he doesn't intend to let the injury cause him to miss further time.
