Browns WR Massaquoi could lose roster spot

ESPN Cleveland believes Mohamed Massaquoi is the receiver "most affected" by the Browns selection of Josh Gordon in the Supplemental Draft.
Beat writer Tony Grossi believes Gordon's arrival ends Massaquoi's days as an "unchallenged starter," and goes as far as to suggest his roster spot could be in danger. Coach Pat Shurmur has acknowledged 2012 is a make-or-break season for Massaquoi, though football "czar" Mike Holmgren is expecting "a little bit of a breakout year." Gordon may prove too raw to force Massaquoi off the roster, but it's highly unlikely this is the year the former second-round pick finally breaks out.

I really liked Massaquoi when he came out of the draft. I actually thought he and someone else they had who's name escapes me because I don't pay the Browns any attention, were going to made a decent WR tandem.

I blame their failure on playing on the second most inconsequential franchise in the NFL (Jaguars #1 baby!)
