I'm going to say this now and I'm loving the thought. Norv Turner will be the OC in dallas next yr. The road is already set in SD and they are going to get a new coach next yr. Garrett and Norv have a great relationship. He gave JG the heads up on Robinson and we see how that's paying off. Hell I wish the chargers would fire him now and bring him in and let him run the offense. Not idea but its clear JG is confusing himself. His offesive gameplans are suspect weekly.

Seems to good to be true. But yeah, I'd love it.

We need to shatcan the whole Running Game Coordinator & Passing Game Coordinator thing we have, and just go with a conventional OC.

Will JG do it? Likely not.

Nor do I think Norv would want to be under Garrett.

Sparano seems more likely.

I think its a strong possibility Norv or Sparano is here next year.

I think there still is a way to get a bright offensive mind in here. Just so Garrett and him can bounce ideas off each other. Hey, maybe JG is a humble, relenting guy?

I don't understand the purpose of Garrett here if we're hiring an OC to hold his hand. Time to let him go.
