Ware's lead by example does not seem to be working. I don't want him to have the personality of Ray Lewis, but I would love it if he could be a vocal leader that inspires his teammates to play up to their potential.

Yeah, at this point we should just let Ware be the guy that goes out and gets us 15 sacks. Someone else needs to be the leader.
