San Antonio is step one...allowing the staff to see progress in Cincy. Adjustments and more on the plate in Oxnard, and ability to see results once again in PS Games. Having 21 practices on the Alamdome turf is not good for knees and backs. Staying in one spot and practicing on grass fields is preferrable, but this is about marketing as much as football.

But on some inside running plays, Free did an excellent job of getting leverage and shielding his defender. At this level, the third and fourth corners are usually better than the players he faced. Defenses are also more sophisticated and throw a lot more looks at you. That's why you rarely see a wide receiver go for 1,000 as a rookie but will see running backs do it frequently.
