Has anyone signed Shawn Oakman? Seems like just the type of guy Jerry would bring in.

If Oakman can pay her off, she'll disappear and then he can help our rotation.

That's how it works, right?

By Gil Brandt
NFL Media senior analyst

CHICAGO -- There were 253 players selected in the 2016 NFL Draft who now have a place to call home. But for those who didn't hear their name called over the three days, it doesn't mean hope of making an NFL roster is lost. Cowboys have two draft visitors among undrafted deals

Todd Archer
ESPN Staff Writer

IRVING, Texas -- The Dallas Cowboys agreed to terms with 14 undrafted free agents. Here’s a closer look at each player:

Caleb Azubike, DE, Vanderbilt: He recorded 15 sacks in four seasons while playing outside linebacker and defensive end in a 3-4 scheme. He moved from England prior to the ninth grade.

Jake Brendel, C, UCLA: He holds the school record for most starts at 52. He was a three-time captain of the Bruins. He gets by more with his smarts than a physical style of play.

Chris Brown, WR, Notre Dame: First-rounder Will Fuller attracted most of the attention with the Irish but Brown caught 48 passes for 597 yards and four touchdowns. He started games in all four seasons at Notre Dame, willing to do the dirty work some receivers don’t like.

Rodney Coe, DT, Akron: He played just one year at Akron after getting dismissed from Iowa State. He was credited with 46 tackles, 8.5 tackles for loss and two sacks last season. He was among the Cowboys’ 29 pre-draft visitors to Valley Ranch.

Arjen Colquhoun, CB, Michigan State: He played behind first-rounders Darqueze Dennard and Trae Waynes but had 45 tackles, 10 pass breakups and two interceptions last season. He is long at 6-1, 199 pounds. He grew up in Windsor, Canada, like Cowboys defensive tackle Tyrone Crawford.

Ed Eagan, WR, Northwestern State: He was a late add to the Senior Bowl where he was coached by the Cowboys staff. He is the school's all-time leader in receptions (177) and yards (2,128). He could also be a return-game candidate.

David Hedelin, OT, Purdue: A native of Sweden, he had only 20 games of experience at Purdue. He can play either tackle spot and might be able to play some guard.

Andy Jones, WR, Jacksonville: He had an electrifying workout with a vertical jump of 41.5 inches and a broad jump of 11-feet, 1-inch. Both would have been among the best at the combine. He caught 144 passes for 2,120 yards and 17 touchdowns in his career.

Deon King, LB, Norfolk State: Like Coe, he was among the Cowboys’ national visitors before the draft. He led the NCAA in tackles last season with 163 and was named the Buck Buchanan Award winner, given to the top defender at the FCS level.

Ryan Mack, OT, Memphis: The Cowboys spent plenty of time watching Mack’s quarterback, Paxton Lynch, so they should have seen him too. He played in eight games with three starts after opening his career at Louisville, where he was a two-year starter at right tackle.

Jeremiah McKinnon, CB, Florida International: He started 12 games as a senior and was credited with 54 tackles, three interceptions and eight pass deflections. He was suspended in 2013 for violating team rules.

Rolan Milligan, S, Toledo: The last time the Cowboys signed an undrafted safety from Toledo was current starter Barry Church in 2010. The 5-11, 198-pounder had 48 tackles, four tackles for loss, three forced fumbles and two interceptions last season.

Jason Neill, DE, UT-San Antonio: A Flower Mound, Texas native, he had 56 tackles, 11 tackles for loss, 8.5 sacks and five quarterback hurries. He attended the Cowboys’ Dallas Day workout for local prospects prior to the draft.

Boston Stiverson, G, Kansas State: Playing next to the better known Cody Whitehair, he started 13 games at left guard in 2014 but a compound fracture suffered in the Wildcats’ Alamo Bowl game limited him to nine starts in 2015.
