Defense playing hard but not that effectively. Of course Rivers is playing, but even Laufenberg said the Bolts scored too easily.

Laufenberg says Vaughan stupidly took an entire month off from throwing before camp because his arm got so sore last year.

No wonder he's looked like crap in camp.
