Barry Church at SOLB?

Since his reconstructive surgery could hamper his already questionable speed, I think the logical thing for him to do would be to add 10-15 pounds and move to LB. He already has experience in that type of role as a reserve player in the nickel, and with his safety background he would do a more than admirable job locking TEs and RBs in coverage that the SOLB requires of players.

What do you guys think?

I thought about that. You beat me to it. I'm not sure that Barry would be the right kind of safety in Kiffin's Tampa -2. I'm still leaning towards Simms.

What do you think about Hatcher at LDE? Have him lose 25-30 lbs. maybe.

He already said he'd be playing basically like he did last year, just maybe in the box a little more.
