Seemingly every year we kick this idea around but realistically if it was applied how pumped would you be?

Sure if you see like Tayvon Austin there in the 2nd go ahead and take him but for the most part if you clip up on linemen I bet you wouldn't regret it. The games would be so much more enjoyable

we won't be in position to draft Werner or Warmack now.

I dont think Cooper would be available in the 2nd.

But I love the idea of rebuilding the trenches on this team.

I don't think he'll be there at 45, but I think hell be close enough that I hope we take the pass rusher firstly

There isn't a pass rusher in this draft that would help this team MORE than Warmack/Cooper would.

But I'm saying you could grab the elite pass rusher AND guard if you work things correctly. Great guards go a little after 20. Figure warmack goes around there. Cooper should follow 10 -12 picks later. Great pass rushers go early because their impact is greater, obviously.

Everyone's crying about injuries this year like we won't have any next year, what happens if Ware gets hurt or loses his touch? Then Eli and RG Griffen are just going to be throwing target practice.

What worries me is this: We have two drastic needs - pass rush, Oline.

Where were drafting 15-19 range. We could either get the best guard in the draft, or the 4-5th best pass rusher in the draft.

And I know that for whatever reason... this team can not find Olineman later in the draft.
