14. Quinton coples - tall, strong, long. Plays very physically. Brings a whole new dimension to the pass rush. Ideal 5 tech w/ room to grow. Could play in LE in a 4-3 if they switched in 2013.
2. Amini Silatolu OG Midwestern State
Not really familiar with him but I'm taking him
3. Bruce Irvin - olb - wvu -
maybe the most fluid natural rusher in the class. Doesn't bring much else but pass rush but hes the perfect specialist for our defense. We need quickness and unpredictability in our blitzes. Remember when some team brought in fresh rushers and on the first play the fresh legs threw Tyron smith into romo to end the game? We need some of that. Big ceiling here.
4. Josh chapman - NT - as I was yawning my way through another mark Barron video my eyes were drawn to this biggum. More beef on the interior.
4. Markelle Martin- FS - cowboys - if you hit on this guy you have your center fielder. Good speed and range, not much of a tackler.
5. Michael Brewster - C THE ohio state - his strength worries but I do think he can be an acceptable starter in the NFL
6. Asa Jackson CB Cal Poly
:confused
7. Devon Wylie WR/RS - 5'9 - 190 lbs. Fresno st.
56 catches for 716 Yards. 15.4 per punt return. Reminds me of Santana moss. Big time moves and suddenness. Return specialist and slot WR. Would be an awesome addition

Good mock...I just don't see the sense in making a mock based on who you want..

You know damn well we aren't taking Coples

I'm getting ready to put together a final mock..I'm dead set on us moving up from 45...

Not sure on who we will take..leaning Konz..I think Poe is definitely in play as well..tons of other options..Upshaw maybe..Glenn..who knows..

Somebody who we have ranked top 15 is going to slip to 25 or beyond and JJ will pull the trigger sacrificing a 2013 2nd rounder

Again, this is what I think we will do..not what I want

I could see them trying to get 2 1st round Calibur linemen. Especially DL b/c still/worthy don't get me moist at 45.

So would they trade down slickly and take decastro at say 18 and then back up for brockers at say 21?

Trading down from 14 and then up from 45 is definitely possible..I would prefer to stay at 14, take Barron and then move up from 45..all the way up to 21 might be a little rich..but somewhere around there..

Barron
Konz

Barron
Poe

Barron
Upshaw

Barron
Kirkpatrick

Replace Barron w Decastro and you have the same options..

With the exception of the #14 pick, I'd be ok with that draft. Has Coples even been brought in? Coples been dropping on the boards from what I've read and heard. Wouldn't 14 be too high?

I have to be honest, I'd be excited about the potential Coples would bring here.

He's the best pure-pass rusher in the draft. Makes it look easy at times.

If he had a give a shit attitude, I'd love to see him lined up at DE, with Ware lined up OLB same side.
