I know where you got them from, you used Google just like any slob could.

This is from an article right after we drafted him, this is one of many that cited the lack of bulk his SR year and some of those draft pundits wondered if he had the body type to maintain weight over the long haul. Of course he was only 20 when we picked him, and he has gained weight and strength ever since. Just as Connor Williams will.

All players want to gain weight in the NFL no matter the position. The fact is you can not be 285 go to 307 for the combine hold it for you pro day and then add another 10 pounds for the 2013 season unless you can naturally hold the weight. Dorsett was 180-185 at Pitt and gained weight to 195-200 for his big 1600 yd season with the Cowboys. Nate Newton was a 265lb OT at FAMU. But the point was unlike Smith, Martin, and Newton, Connor Williams was 296 at both combine and pro day and he is/was not strong as Smith, Martin, and Newton (his brother Tim Newton NT in NFL). Connor can get away with that size at OT. But at OG you are dealing with 310-330 pound DT that are NFL Strong to stop the run then rush the passer. He will be physically outmatched the entire year. With Leary and especially Jonathan Cooper (35 reps 225lb) would can play C, you could run left and they were not going to be shoved around into the QB or RB lap.
