Orrrrr, they could just do what SeeBS did last night, and what Fox says it's going to do - go back to not showing the opening ceremonies for regular-season games.

None of them (FOX, CBS, NBC and ESPN) are showing much of the crowds either, whether its due to awful attendance in some places or the disgruntled NFL fans showing signs or chanting against Goodell and the league.

Ty Montgomery supposedly out today.

Backup RB will probably gash us for 150

Edit- Rodgers will find throwing so easy against us, the Packers probably wont even attempt to run the ball. So our run D will look great today.

Remember when nobody wanted the Cowboys to draft Tradavious White from LSU with their 1st rd pick?

Right now he is PFF's 2nd highest rated rookie, behind the KC RB that is tearing up the league.

White already has 8 passes defensed and a pick to go along with 2 TFL's, a fumble recovery and a TD

For comparison sake, our ENTIRE starting secondary (Heath, Jones, Scandrick and Brown) has 8 passes defensed and 1 pick.

Is it wrong for me to hope for a repeat of 2010 today?

Previous year Cowboy team has a solid yr, has huge expectations for 2010 and flops out of the gate, then gets blown out on national TV vs Green Bay, resulting in ****** GM finally admitting the HC he had was a mistake and fires him the next day?

Dream on. Wade wasn't a former Dallas QB who he loved like a son.

Speaking of Wade, Idiot Jerry was out there the day after the loss last week saying "Wade Phillips was the difference in the game"

Interesting because in the 1st half our offense obliterated Wade's defense, then in the 2nd half Wade obviously made adjustments and our O did next to nothing most of the 2nd half.

Then late in the week drunken Jerry was out there downplaying the significance of 2nd half adjustments in terms of impacting W/L's.

Guess Johnny Walker GM caught himself admitting our staff sux at 2nd half adjustments with his praise of Wade, then had to backtrack on it because he knows our HC and staff is absolutely miserable at making adjustments to impact a game.

Ian Rapoport

@RapSheet
One potential change coming to the #Cowboys defense: Expect to see rookie CB Chidobe Awuzie playing as a safety today. He practiced there.

Anybody ever remember a game where our staff out coached or out adjusted anybody in recent memory? Anybody?

Yeah, although the refs taking the TD off the board where AZ would have gone up 14-7 followed by the kicker shanking the FG kind of took the wind out of their sails, I thought.

Geez man, there was a blatant hold on our guy. That's the only reason the play worked. The refs didn't hose them or anything.

Its fine to complain, we're all doing it and with good reason. But pick shit where there's actually some reason to complain.

Question of the day:

Why do Cowboy coaches believe Tyrone Crawford is a RDE?

That would be awesome!!

Then the ****** GM would insert the newest stooge to take the brunt of criticism due to said ****** GM until he is eventually fired, rinse and and repeat until jeri is 6 feet under.

I've lost hope that jeri's demise will even change anything. His whole family is so entrenched in the Cowboys, they will inherit their fathers primary goal of family comfort above winning and nothing will change. The only hope is that Stephen has actually learned something about being a GM and will be different from his father.
