Saw this just now. I've always thought this is what they should be doing in the draft.

VA police just admitted that the "Lucky Whitehead" they're looking for is not our guy, so Lucky is exonerated. Welcome back, pal!

Lucky's done. But the guy the Red Headed Dolt tried to make an example of happened to be innocent. Way to go genius.

They won't bring him back

They stated that they released him because of the way he handled the situation (not telling the team about it when it happened, lying about it) and not because of the theft itself

They stated that is was a culmination of bad decisions that led to his release

So they can stick with that and not bring him back

He wasn't just cut for this incident though.

The fact is he had several other issues and wasn't very good on the field. Those kinds of players rarely get the benefit of the doubt. If he were Dez Bryant or Jason Witten on the field, he wouldn't have gotten cut.

Hope springs eternal for The Gimp. Shall we start calling him "Forrest Gimp?"

Did you let the fucking BRACE he is wearing mask the drop foot? Visually, that's what it does. Oh wait, the BRACE is just cosmetic, or just for safety, right?

Fuck.

Brace or no brace, from what I've seen he was moving extremely well. Have to be encouraged.

Apparently a source already confirmed they weren't bringing him back.

6+ page thread already at IdiotZone with tons of people sympathizing with a fringe player who wasn't any good on the field (other than the occasional jet sweep) and had a number of bumps and bruises outside the field.

We have unquestionably the dumbest fucking fanbase in the league.

Edit: Now 7+ pages

One pot in another Whitehead thread (and what kind of retards create multiple threads about Lucky fucking Whitehead?) someone actually suggests Zeke should be cut instead of Whitehead.

Like I said- unquestionably the dumbest fucking fanbase anywhere. Or maybe it's that all the super retards just flock to the "Zone"

And this from the "I'm a stupid KUNT" crowd:

Kristine Leahy

@KristineLeahy
Cowboys need to re-sign Whitehead. If not, they push narrative that domestic violence is okay, false accusation of petty theft = termination

Remember when Jimmy cut John Roper for falling a sleep in a meeting? This supposed to be Red's take on that. One little difference being the players respected/ feared Jimmy and were contending for rings then. Also it was before the Jerry's country club/ entitlement plague had spread.

Did Lucky ever even score a single TD for us?

If he did I can't remember it

According to a new report there are a number of teams lining up to acquire Lucky

e617daba4a8fa7f70d7f842da277acf9.jpg

"It doesn't appear Lucky Whitehead will be unemployed for long.

The veteran wideout was promptly released by the Dallas Cowboys on the opening day of training camp after reports surfaced of a warrant issued for his arrest, which stemmed from an alleged petty larceny summons issued on June 22. Whitehead and his agent passionately deny the claims, citing a case of mistaken identity.

The Cowboys didn't buy it, but it looks like several other NFL teams are willing to entertain the story and give him a shot in their camp.

Precisely which teams are lobbying for his services is yet to be disclosed, but there are several who could use a solid kick returner -- or at least a guy that plays one on TV.

IN HIS TWO SEASONS WITH THE COWBOYS, Whitehead was only able to muster 305 total yards returning punts and 846 yards as a kick returner, with ZERO regular season touchdowns in NFL career. (LOL) And he comes equipped with a myriad of off-the-field issues, including the latest that could result in a league-issued suspension if his alibi doesn't enough water for commissioner Roger Goodell."

So let me get this straight. There's a guy going round stealing stuff, who when caught, gives his name as Lucky Whitehead, and also provides Lucky's address and social security number. And when Lucky receives his court summons, he doesn't question it, but instead just chooses to ignore it completely. Seriously, WTF?
