Dallas Cowboys rookie and former Michigan standout Jourdan Lewis has another domestic incident on his record in addition to a pending charge against him that caused him to slip to the third round of last month's NFL Draft, according to The Dallas Morning News.

The Dallas Morning News obtained records indicating the same accuser called police and described a similar physical altercation two years prior to the incident in March, for which Lewis has been charged.

The 2015 incident resulted in no charges being filed after prosecutors found conflicting statements, per the Dallas Morning News.

Lewis is currently facing one misdemeanor charge of domestic violence and is scheduled to appear in court in front of a jury on July 24, the same day the Cowboys begin training camp.

He has pleaded not guilty to grabbing his girlfriend by the neck and dragging her across the floor of an apartment they shared in Ann Arbor on March 15.

Jerry's people probably working on making this go away as I write this. You know, an envelope full cash and all of a sudden this witness becomes unavailable.

Is it true that the reason he was only charged with a misdemeanor is because she had no physical signs of being assaulted? I read that somewhere I want to say. Just curious if any of you heard the same thing.

When are people going to realize RKG doesn't mean Boy Scouts?

It's the type of football player that works hard, studies, and loves the game.

It's NOT the guy going to church every Sunday.

The RIGHT kind of guy is NOT the guy who gets suspended for drugs or for domestic abuse or whatever the fuck else these idiots do that keeps them off the field

How many RKOG's have we lost for entire seasons or for good in the last few years?

Gregory
McClain
Randall
Hardy

And the list goes on and on

All were supposedly the right kind of ******

How many are still playing?

Zero

Honestly guys that throw God and church around all the time (Deion) are extremely suspect to me. Those guys are clearly trying to distract you from the shit they're really in to.

None of that matters one minuscule fuck, if he's not actually, like ON THE FIELD on game day.

False argument, since no one asserted any of the above.

Strangely, most people seem to know that doing stupid shit that gets you suspended or in fucking jail, keeps you from contributing on game day.

Expecting millionaires to keep their fucking nose clean enough to be allowed to work is the same as them being Boy Scouts and/or churchgoers? No, and nobody ever said that.

Every team has fuck up players, not just the Cowboys.

And they all claim to be holier than thou.

We just have a higher percentage of them on our team because of our GM's propensity towards signing/drafting talented football players with off the field issues

The most recent one that he took that seems to actually be paying off is L'eal

The rest of his risky picks have not panned out or remain to be seen still such as Gimpy

Reasonably sure this isn't true, I think its about the same for all teams. Some team's piece of shit players get more publicized than others though. The media doesn't really give two shits about guys who play for teams like the Titans or Bucs. But a Cowboys players being mentioned in the news gets plenty of pub because it gets plenty of interest. It's just a fucking fact.

What did Collins do other than be mentioned as part of an investigation that ended up being nothing he was involved in?

We've definitely been burned by some of these, and clearly what happened with someone like Hardy and especially Randy Gregory caused them to make other decisions in the past two drafts. Hopefully they've learned a lesson and wont go down those roads anymore.
